Before hiring
Having deep knowledge about the technology we are hiring people for and conducting technical interviews is a really good, if not the best, way to evaluate talent. We never rely just on CV's, online tests or previous job experience. We will do our best to evaluate the technical skills and let the client evaluate if the personality is a match too.
During development
During development it enables us to support the clients team. Especially when the team is small, it is very useful to get help from colleagues working with the same technologies.
Changing project
It's only natural that developers after some years would like to change project. But not necessarily the company, which enables us to keep the knowledge inhouse which ensures a smooth handover.
